A Winter Wedding is a sweet and intense romance, where the whole gang from Whiskey Creek is present to see Kyle's new lease on life and love unfold.

Kyle pulled a jerk move by sleeping with his girlfriends sister. Yes they had broken up but it shouldn't matter. And the sister was as much to blame I'd not more so. Years later he's paid for that tenfold.

Lourdes is a country music star. She's dealing with a bad brake up. She comes to Whiskevy Creek to write her new album.

I've always felt sympathetic towards Kyle, he deserved to find his own love, and with Lourdes he does. They start out in friendship and it leads to more. I felt this finally p

Kyle Houseman has the ex from hell. Lourdes Bennett wants and needs a break. Sometimes I like to set the mood as I read and on this particular day, we had our first snow flurries of the year – in October! Mother Nature came through for me on this day. Really loved this one. Who knew Kyle was such a great guy? He really stood up and was awesome. Noelle has been cliche, is cliche and will continue to be cliche. Lourdes was interesting, young, growing and building her life. Her ex was a complete douchebag.

I also loved so much of all the old friends and characters that happen in a small town setting. We get to see all our old loves and what is happening with them now.

When I first met Kyle in "When We Touch", I didn't care for him much at all. Now 9 books later, I can't help but like him. Kyle put up with his ex for way too long and I'm so glad to see he found Lourdes Bennett. I hope we get to see a little more from Whiskey Creek. I wouldn't mind even a short story or two. I've always loved the way she creates these small towns and gives them life.

If you've read my blog in the past you'll know I've been a fan of Novak's for a while now.
