"Don't panic!"
This book was pretty freaking hilarious... I don't know where Douglas Adams came up with this stuff, but HOLY COW!!! I about died laughing... Slartibartfast? Betelgeuse? Putting a fish in your ear? *Sings, "Put a banana in your ear!!"* 42? Imminent domain for an intergalactic wormhole? *chuckles* The irony was soooo classic! ;)
I need to watch the movie so I can see how they create Zaphod Beeblebrox... a two-headed, three-armed dude, who's most definitely completely nuts.

I tried to listen to this years ago, and it didn't work, not sure why, maybe because of the humor, which I used to have a hard time with.

The fact that he narrator was Stephen Fry certaily helped, he is so good.
My favorite character is Marvin, the depressed robot - and Fry had an awesome tone of voice for it. ...more

The wildly wacky novel that features Thursdays you can't get the handle of and teaches the importance of towels. The plot involves aliens and the last human's journey after Earth is destroyed. If you haven't read it yet, you are in for a treat.

I think this was a better movie than book. Too much random, even for me.
