I really love this author's other series so I had to try this one also. Especially since a new one comes out in September.
This was an intricate plot with a smallish number of characters. It is set in Washington (state) as most of this author's work is. Charles Jenkins was in the CIA 40 years ago and now all of a sudden he is tangled up in this world again. For years he has worked in private security.
