great read, very suspenseful with lots of twist.
This is a new author for me, and it is also a book that is first of the Detective D.D. Warren series, although I have no idea why it is called that because D.D. Warren plays a very minor role in the book.

Fast-paced mystery where you're not sure who is telling the truth. One thing for sure, Garner does an excellent job of keeping the suspense going and making you question everything. Also making you feel creeped out by the villain's point of view. Shudder.
