Wow, what a great book! This book is full of hidden meanings. I love how Mr. Connelly connected Detective Bosch to Counselor Haller's case. I got a sense of good and bad with this book. Detective Bosch puts people in jail while Counselor Haller gets them out of jail. In the end, will justice prevail? A solid effort from Michael Connelly. I still prefer the Harry Bosch series but if I ever need something to read and a Michael Connelly book is available I know he will not let me down. It's just that in this series there is a little too much inside baseball about the Los Angeles court system for my taste. Not that it isn't interesting because it is and it is also clear that Connelly has done his research. There is not a word that does not ring true. I would however like a little more action and
