Something is out there . . .
Something terrifying that must not be seen. One glimpse and a person is driven to deadly violence. No one knows what it is or where it came from.....
I Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was one of the best psychologically horror books I've read in a long time. It has some small flaws but overall, it is really well written. ...more

This book is so scary!!! I kept wanting to tell Corey about parts of it that I was reading, but I really want him to read it, too, so I didn't. This was the perfect blend of psychological horror and a touch of gore that is really scary to me. It was also the type of book that kept me asking myself what I would do if any of this happened to me.

This book was not that scary to me, but it was compelling in its ideas of a new reason the world is destroyed (sorry not sorry I love things that are post-apocalyptic). I could tell this was a debut novel because the characters were not quite as developed and the language the author used was a little stiff. But otherwise, a good creepy read - and I look forward to the upcoming movie out on Netflix at the end of this year.
