I was looking for a light, escapist read that was good. I have been meaning to read this story for years. Match made in heaven, right? RIGHT! This was a lovely escapist read, but also a lovely read on its own. I felt like I was there with the lass and her family, from her quiet sweet father to her unpleasant mother to her sad older brother, in their cold snowy home.
