My Amazon copy won't get here in time for book club, so Michele shamed me into downloading. I am a sucker.
First, not two hours after I downloaded this book to my iPhone, the UPS man arrived with my copy. Crap.

3.5 stars. I love how this is like a biography of the film, from the written story to after the premiere, with lots of details on the people who worked on the film. I kind of got the impression, though, that we're not supposed to love the movie because it's such a bastardization of the novella and then the intended script? But I do, no matter what. And now I want to rewatch and reread, because I always loved that I could pick the Holly I was in the mood for.
