Meh. That pretty much encompasses this book for me. It was fine. A quick, light read - and twice it made me laugh really hard. Some parts were depressing because it makes you feel like a complete drone at your office; those thoughts of "why am I sitting in an office building writing meaningless crap on a computer?" that run through your head while staring out the window at awesome, 200-year-old trees suddenly loom large. Great satire about working at large companies whose management don't quite make any sense. Fun book, but I'd recommend "Jennifer Government" above "Company". ...more

I generally enjoy Barry, but this was a disappointment. It was done far better in AND THEN WE CAME TO THE END.
