The (audio)book doesn't add much to the movie, but this is such an incredible story that it was still an enjoyable listen. Can't highly recommend this (would probably say, "watch the movie") but I wouldn't warn you away either. ...more

Read for Book Riot Read Harder Challenge 2019 Task #19 - A book of nonviolent true crime. Entertaining, but a product of its time with a narrator who has little respect for women.

Frank Abagnale does a great job relating his story of conning his way across two continents as a pilot, a lawyer, a doctor, a professor, and an FBI agent.

Yet again...the book was SO much better than the movie. I mean, the movie left out most of the French prison/Norweigan prison part.
