NOTE: I listened to this book on audio
I don't know what took me so long to get around to reading/listening to this. The first half was so relevant to me (and to all working women, I would think), with all of the ways women sabotage themselves, and are sabotaged by sexism (much of it unconscious). The second half of the book was less relevant, and might as well have been called, "How to work 12 hours a day and still be a good parent." Excellent book: challenging, inspiring, sometimes infuriating. Sandberg's contentions are well-supported with research and illustrated with personal stories. Lots of food for thought, here. I've been reading at night before bedtime, but find myself thinking about this issue A LOT during the day. This book really resonated with me.

I can not recommend this book enough to both women and men. Sandberg identifies issues that arise for women in the workplace, both externally and internally. Many times during the book, I thought she could have been speaking directly about me. Read this.

I can read this again and again. I even give it for presents to my students.

I can't believe how much I liked this book. It was well written and pretty compelling, given its genre. I was very impressed that she didn't come off as preachy or perfect; I thought the tone was more aspirational and inspirational. Must read for women, but great for guys (particularly managers), as well.
