NOTE: I listened to this on audio
Loved it! Unlike every other book I've ever listened to on audio, I think this one was actually BETTER to listen to than to read. Tina had me laughing out loud, and once, even laughing and crying at the same time. Not laughing so hard I cried, but crying because something was emotionally moving, but also laughing because it was hysterical. That doesn't happen too often!

I'm a fan of Tina Fey's; I like to think of myself as a less awkward, less smart, and less funny version of her. I enjoy 30 Rock. I'm a mom. As such, I enjoyed this book, particularly in audiobook form (read by Fey herself). It really makes me wonder, though, how this book is so wildly popular, because, presumably, there are lots of people reading it who aren't moms who are fans of 30 Rock. See, it's not the behind-the-scenes tell all about SNL you might expect, though that's there a little bit.

I love Tina Fey even more after reading this. This is the kind of book that is not real in the sense that you would never be interested in reading it if she weren't famous, but that's too bad, because one should be interested in reading the funny mini-essays by a smart, imperfect writer.
