I listened to this in the car. It was pretty good - each different character had a different voice and that was a bit distracting at first.
I will say this - the two characters Bettina and India had absolutely no redeeming qualities at all. Especially India! Oh, she was awful. I did like the character Annie, she was the most down-to-earth and realistic. Her husband seemed like an ass though. I love Jennifer Weiner's novels and this one was no exception. I wasn't sure where it was going at first, but then it picked up momentum and I was completely drawn into the lives of these four women. Ms. Weiner has a way of making me forget that I'm reading a novel, as I become so involved in the world she creates with her characters.
