Everything just CLICKS in this book and it works so so well. Yiddish folklore + comic books + WWII + the American dream + being gay + Antarctica + etc etc etc = pretty darn perfect.

kind of a history of comic books while set in new york with the of-course gay character. really liked it, but dragged a little.
I actually listened to this. The audiobook is very well done.
