What Members Thought
I always enjoy Murakami's writing. This collection runs across his many styles from largely realistic fiction about loneliness and cats to more fantastical stories. One of the stories takes the Metamorphosis and turns it upside down, telling the story of a bug that wakes up in a human body. I'm not sure this collection is the best showcase of Murakami's skills for readers not already invested in his style and his fascination with lonely men.
