This was a fun read. At first, I wasn't sure I was going to like it too much, but once I got into it I enjoyed this easy read. I loved the subtle humor in it.

A very entertaining read. I picked it up after watching the show on HBO, and the two are different enough to enjoy them both. I'll be reading more in the series.

How he can do an upper-crust Scottish lady and a middle class woman from Botswana is amazing to me. I enjoyed the structure of this book; many short episodes rather than one long, involved mystery.

A very arty and quite gentle book about Mma Ramotswe, who is Botswana's only woman private eye. This is not your typical mystery, though.
