12-year-old me would have loved this book. Five stars all the way. There was romance, bad choices, cute boys, and pages I would have folded over for my friends to read.
31-year-old me thought this was okay. I did get caught up in the story, but found it all a little difficult to believe and contrived.
It's definitely a middle school girl book, but there are some parts that may have been a little too racy for some kids. ...more

When I first started reading this book, I thought, oh god....another YA book with death in it. But it ended up being wonderful. After sitting untouched w a lonely bookmark, I finished it in a day....it made me smile....you can't ask for more than that right?
