A short but funny adition to Stephanie Plum's escapades. I don't think she really needed another man in her life, but Diesel is a fun cameo character which pops up on occasion. This book was crap, but I sat down one afternoon needing brain candy and I finished it in a couple of hours. I had zero expectations for it, so I enjoyed it the same way I enjoyed Dumb and Dumberer, there was no way it could go anywhere but up with my preconceived notions. I can't imagine myself reading a series of the Stephanie Plum books, but this one was short, fast, and fun. A perfect beach book. ...more

I love the Stephanie Plum series. It won't win any awards, but they sure are funny. A great series to get into if you need something fun and not at all "heavy." ...more
