so I listened to this in the car. It was a good sequel to "Good in Bed", but I hated the ending. I won't give it away, but I didn't find it necessary.... overall, I enjoyed it. just not the last disk and a half.

I really enjoyed this one. I liked that Weiner told her story from the point of view of a mother and a daughter. There were certainly points when I wanted to smack the daughter, but overall, I liked the story, and I liked hearing what's new in Cannie's life.

I liked this book for the most part though I felt the ending was rushed but maybe it's because I didn't feel like the story was finished. I did cry on the train while reading it, so that might give you a clue. I liked knowing what happened to Cannnie. Definitely a good airport, train, beach read.

Such a slow and boring read after the first one. I didn’t really feel anything for the characters until the very end and it was wrapped up way too quickly and still felt unfinished. The only redeeming quality was the true love between Peter and Cannie. They have a relationship I would love to have myself.

I do so enjoy Jennifer Weiner's writing! Excellent novel, with a few laugh out loud moments. The ending wasn't my favorite ever, but then again, that's what often happens in real life, isn't it?
