I read this book after every baby of mine is born. It helps me to get them on a schedule and sleeping through the night. It has a lot of breast feeding tips-which I don't do, so I skip a lot of it, but the basic information is very helpful.

I didn't go by this exclusively, but used a lot of the principles that made sense to me with Mitchell and it really helped to get Mitchell on a schedule! Reccomend it for new moms especially!
