I really struggled with reading this book-I picked it up and put it down several times. It was so hyped up, so perhaps it felt like more of a letdown than it should have. A good story, a nice structure, but somehow it just fell flat for me.
I enjoyed this book - maybe not as much as many others but I am glad I read it. It took me forever to read though and I am not sure if that was because I just was not as into it or if I was not as into it because it took me forever to read it. I liked both story lines - the one of the blind girl and the young boy. And I enjoyed the end especially because you got updates per se as to what many of the characters did after the story took place.
