I was really impressed with all the stories this box set held.
Jess and Slayters story was first, she was getting away from a bad situation with her old alpha who was a sleaze ball. so she moved to Endenton to start over, when she meets Slayter for the first time there is an instant connection between them. good story and they way they built it up.
Fallon and Brodys story was similar but had many differences. she is powerful but not a Were ...more

I recieved a copy for an honest review.
Brandy does an amazing job bringing to life magical beings in these stories. Paranormal is hard to read and love if the author doesn't do it justice, but these had me hooked! Love doesn't come easy, there is a struggle but it is worth it in the end. The characters are all amazing but my favorite was definitely the bada** Fallon! If you like paranormal, then these are definitely for you!! ...more

Took me a while to read this box set and unfortunately I must confess that it is not as good as Brandy's other work.
All the females in these books to me, were difficult to relate to although the males were absolutely scrumptious! I also felt that the introduction to the characters were too short, so I spend half the time trying to figger out who belongs where.

I started reading and couldn't put it down. This is a great series. The world and the characters that Brandy has created are great. It has shifters, vampires, fae, and mages among others. If you haven't had the pleasure to read the series you need to add it to you tbr list. I would highly recommend it. I look forward to reading more books by Brandy.

Loved this box set! You get book one and two. Plus two short stories in between. With four couples that give you emotional roller coasters, steamy love scenes, and action. I really enjoyed this series. I got lost in the characters and the plot. Can not wait to read more! Brandi Rivers is a very talented writer!
