3.5/5 a lyrical, intriguing fable which at times is frustratingly simple and preachy - it also encompasses and expresses very patriarchal sentiments and ideals - which, spoils its supposedly universal message of personal legend, aka becoming who you are meant to be - I was moved by much of the tender and plainspoken prose - words are powerful, I'll give the author that, plus the eternal mystery of life was an alluring catch
