I've seen the movie My Fair Lady countless times so I've been curious about the play, Pygmalion. As I read I kept hearing the actors from the movie in my head. I feel the movie stayed mostly faithful to the play but there are a few differences, mainly, the ending. I must confess that I perferred the movie version. I'm too much of a romantic, I guess.

Still, the dialogue was clever and witty and I really enjoyed it.

Just arrived from Israel. I saw the movie a very long time ago but the book is splendid.
