A classic read. Alice is lying on the bank and suddenly sees a white rabbit. She follows it and falls into a hole. Then everything becomes wacky and confusing.

Not sure why I never read it as a child but I did see the Disney movie and other versions through the years. It was a fun and easy read. I think it would appeal to children even today.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is an 1865 novel written by English author Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. Actually I didn't read the Kindle version, but I couldn't find plain Alice in Wonderland by itself.

I thought it was very interesting and fanciful, but I didn't care for the poetry.
