This book is really long and full of relevant & irrelevant details.

Worth a read purely for the details of how Turing grew up and got educated, as well as how the British fought the Enigma. Sadly missing many interesting details about the mathematical problems that Turing faced, e.g. I still don't know what the curvature of the poster glass that leads to uniform lighting of a poster is.

I probably wouldn't read it again. ...more
