This mystery was exciting and well paced as we tried to guess who killed Bruce Attleton. I enjoyed the red herrings that kept me guessing until the end who the murderer could be. A flaw of the novel is that most of the characters are underdeveloped but that is partly due to the novel being rather short.
Lorac gives us a varied cast of characters so that there are several suspects:
Robert Grenville, a tall, strong, bright gentleman who wants to figure out what has happened to Bruce.
