"Love You More" by Lisa Gardner was an amazing novel. What will a mother do to protect her daughter.I couldn't put this book down.It is a mystery about a mother, Tess, charged with murdering her husband and possibly her 6-yr-old daughter, Sophie, as well. The Boston police arrest Tess, a state trooper who doesn’t have much faith in cops because of her past experience. This is the first Lisa Gardner book I've ever read, but it is apparently part of a series featuring the detective D.D. Warner. She is called out to work on her day off to spearhead the investigation into why a state trooper shot her husband and why the trooper's six-year-old daughter is missing. The plot takes off at break-neck speed, twisting and turning and keeping you turning the pages continuously until you finish the story. To tell you more would completely spoil the story.

After ALPHA Reader hooked me on Karin Slaughter's Books, I have been obsessively trying to find similarly awesome series to get hooked on. Besides the awesome Lucy Kincaid series, Lisa Garner's Novels have also captured my heart, especially her Detective D.D. Warren series.

Loved this book! Another great book in a great series but even stand alone a great book! I started this book thinking well ok -I know just what happened and exactly where this book is going. Then about half way through- wait what is happening! Then just got crazier and crazier till the end and didn't have a clue but was so excited to be along for the ride!! Then favorite characters going in all new directions- oh I just can't wait for the next book!!!

First book by Lisa Gardner that I have read. I loved it! I will be reading more of hers. I actually made myself stay awake to finish a chapter the other night, I was dropping the book when starting to fall asleep, that's how involved it gets you.
