What Members Thought
Like the Holmes series, Horowitz captures the original author's voice with Ian Fleming and James Bond...primarily his food snobbery, rampant misogyny, and bizarre racism. Not to say Horowitz is a racist or misogynist, but he captures that aspect of Fleming better than any other writer for Bond. I hope he sticks around as the primary 007 novel writer, and hell, give him a shot at one of the screenplays. Purvis and Wade are ass.
