When he first arrived he met what he thought was a nice kind lady named Ms. Wicksmuther . Ms. Wicksmuther is the Humane Society Director and the person in charge. Mr. Whiskers would find out later that Ms. Wicksmuther was really not that nice and not that kind. Ms. Wicksmuther is accused of turning the Humane Society into the Inhumane Society!!!
