Paramedic Aaron is impressed and in lust when he first meets do-gooder Joey at an accident scene but when he learns that Joey works for the Florida Department of Children's Services, his own bad experiences with the agency are almost enough to cool his ardor. I absolutely loved this novel. So much that I was up until 2 am reading it. I kept telling myself "one more chapter" but I just couldn't stop reading it. Mitchell did an excellent jo
