I really enjoyed this book, though it is not quite up the level of Way of Kings and Words of Radiance, that I read just before reading this one. I did very much like the fact that Warbreaker is primarily a standalone book and not dependent on being a part of a lengthy series. The ending did leave a few things open for the possibility of another book in the same setting, but there were no big loose ends or cliffhangers demanding another book. I continue to be amazed that Sanderson can product so many totally unique, thoroughly enjoyable epic fantasy works on such a consistent basis.
Warbreaker presents a unique world filled with resurrected people who are worshiped as gods, an intriguing magic system based around souls and colors and a continent being pushed to a war seemingly nobody wants.
