Excellent primer for understanding the cause of the housing market collapse (spoiler: it was the major wall street investment banks - you know, the same people who later advised the US government on the best way to get out of the crisis while taking our money as a bailout).
There were some interesting concepts about the mortgage crash that this book covered well, with real life stories, but it still seems to go in to too much detail for my tastes. Because of that, there were points where things seems to drag along -- especially toward the end.
