another fun book to follow the series of the Katniss and her strange adventures. I like that, although it's young adult, it's not too angsty or too emotionally charged. she struggles, but not OVERLY struggles about boys and life and her role in the world. But, her world is also not our own ~ so her emtions being a little out of wack...well, I give her more room for error in her strange world.
Good fun light read. I can't wait for the 3rd one! ...more

Wow! This book had me hooked from the start and took my breath away several times. This is one of those rare books I will never forget and can only describe as being brilliant!
It definitely surpasses the previous book. I never once hoped for something else to happen and I loved all the great surprises! It was gripping, thrilling and has truly fantastic characters!
Suzanne Collins is a visionary!
I cannot wait to read Mockingjay!

Once again, she ended with a huge cliffhanger. Plus side, 'Catching Fire' was just as amazing, if not more so, as the first. Such a twist with the Quarter Quell. In a way, it should have been expected. But, it never crossed my mind. 'Catching Fire' is full of twists through the whole book. Which makes it all the more interesting. Such a great book. Time for 'Mockingjay'.

Ok, I found myself putting this book down over and over again because President Snow just infuriated me! I kept talking to myself what a schmuck he was. I have never done this before with a book, so I found my actions quite interesting. This book moved a little slower for me than The Hunger Games, but it was no less fulfilling.

Very Intense Book!! I liked it better than the first one!
