This was like a fever dream - with screaming boys, bouncing bunnies, strange Tic Tacks, and questionable cupcakes. I was entertained, confused and definitely not sure what I thought. I liked it. I think.

I’m not going to pretend that I have any idea what this book was about. There were several times I nearly set the book down and decided to find another pick for this prompt, but the writing style is beautiful which did keep me engaged. But I don’t feel like I was on enough LSD to have any idea about what happened in this book.

this book was the weirdest shit, but so beautifully written i couldn't stop it. I had to listen to the last 8 chapters a few times to figure out what the heck ????

The Bunnies are like Mean Girls/Heathers in university, and they are described deliciously as vapid self-absorbed chicklets. Samantha gets sucked into their Bunny Club ( so to speak), gets drugged, and becomes a Bunny herself for a while.

Is it real ? is it madness ? is she schizophrenic ? wowzers.

Most definitely the weirdest book I’ve ever read. But I did enjoy it.

One of my favourite quotes below;

“When he looks at me, I feel my rib cage open like a pair of French doors. Everything that keeps me alive suddenly bared and there for the takin.”

I really can't give this more then 2 stars. I think I've decided that weird books just aren't for me.

Not sure what I just read…still processing. And probably still won’t know what I just read. Not sure how I feel about that.
