What Members Thought
What a sweet cozy fantasy! This has a cute, low spice romance, found family and acceptance, plus some magic and other realms. Because the main focus of this is the characters, the pacing is a little slower but not boring. I would totally be up for more books set in this universe, maybe exploring other characters and seeing what else the magic can do.

As soon as I started this book, I was immediately pulled into the story. The way it was written, the world, and the plot was very captivating.
Then, I hit about 20% in and it kind of fell flat for the rest of the book. I just felt like parts of the story were very boring - too long and drawn out. Parts had me rolling my eyes; however, a few parts had me wanting to keep reading to see what happens.
