Sigh... sadly, this was disappointing to me.

First off, I will say that I love that this was in Oak's POV. It was nice to finally get inside of his head to see what he thinks of everything happening. He's kind of a mess which is to be expected from his upbringing, but, oh man, this boy was just lost.

The story was well-written in Black's usual engaging style that kept me reading. I just wish Wren was more consistent and likable as a character.
