Beau Winston is the identical twin of Duane (from Truth or Beard). He's very different from his brother; easy-going, helpful and very open. Which makes his new work-mate in the family-owned garage hard for him to accept. While Shelly Sullivan is beautiful and an incredibly good mechanic, she is not a people person and is actively harming the garage's relations with its customers.

Re-read in time for November’s release of the last instalment.
Once more I’m really impressed by the characterisation of Shelly and her OCD.
