I actually caught on to one of the suspects relatively early! Woohoo! This was a fun introduction to the Tommy and Tuppence series, although this was more of a spy thriller instead of a whodunit mystery so I missed that there was no mysterious dead body that popped up.
I actually caught on to one of the suspects relatively early! Woohoo! This was a fun introduction to the Tommy and Tuppence series, although this was more of a spy thriller instead of a whodunit mystery so I missed that there was no mysterious dead body that popped up.
There were so many choices of who was the bad person that I was sure it was everyone at one point or another.
I found the mystery a bit complicated and far-fetched but I loved Tommy and Tuppence. Their children's condescending attitude to their war efforts were very amusing too. ...more
