Every book in this series is a complete treat and this was no exception. I love the constant evolving of the interpolitics of species, I love the pay off from having all the background knowledge of the characters from all the books that have come before- and I really did squirm at some of Mercy’s opponents in this one!

I didn't really like all the POVs, and the out of sync narrative. but I do hope the mild Subaru jokes continue. I like them.
