A sweet tale of a boy who creates a garden in an abandoned urban space. I enjoyed the story and the illustrations have a timeless quality. Like others have mentioned, I wonder if this will appeal to children as much as it appeals to adults.

This book is beautiful! I love the simple message about the ability each of us has to create beauty anywhere and what a difference that beauty can make in lives! The illustrations are fantastic! Great book!
