Wow, Just wow!

Finishing this book left me frustrated and excited.

Frustrated that this is book one and excitement for what's to come.

Pepper Winters writes compelling and gripping reads and the crown of lies is told in Pepper Winters unique, enticing and enthralling style.

From the moment I took the plunge into Crown of lies I was drowning in this fascinating plot and didn't want to come up for air.

Elle: He stupefied me, He bewitched me.

Elle was Queen of an empire before she reached the age of Wow, Just wow!

From the moment I took the plunge into Crown of lies I was drowning in this fascinating plot and didn't want to come up for air.

Elle: He stupefied me, He bewitched me.

Elle was Queen of an empire before she reached the age of 21 with her fathers business to rule, a childhood spent with her father and schooled to one day take over his empire. No friends,no parties, Elle was no ordinary child or had the chance to be a normal teenager.

On the night of Elle's19th birthday she wanted to explore the city of New York un-chaperoned, she wanted to do something she had never been allowed to do, her days and nights were spent at her store office or apartment so for one night she wanted to experience freedom.

That night changed events and answers are very much in the air with so many questions still unanswered. Who was the nameless man that night who saved her and years later who is the mysterious man Penn who stormed into Elle's life and claimed her.

Elle's father was determined to see his daughter find love with failed matchmaking attempts in his wake, with good intentions, not wanting Elle spending her life in the office, so when he meets Mr Everett seeing a match he agrees for his daughter to date a stranger. Only Elle wasn't that convinced. She's stubborn,feisty and all business and Mr Everett or Penn definitely rubbed her the wrong way with his cockiness,arrogance and innuendos.

"You don't even know me"
"I don't have to know you, I feel you"
"I feel you like this" he squeezed my breast softly "And I feel you like this" he rocked erotically.
"But I feel you most of all with this" his touch climbed from my breast to my heart, pressing down over the rapidly beating muscle.

I'm so excited to see were the plot goes as Elle hopefully will get her answers about so many things.

From the first chapter I could feel the build of excitement with the mystery and uknown this plot holds and I'm looking forward to part 2.

Oh my what just happened????

Elle is an heiress who has lived a sheltered life that revolves around the family business. On her 19th birthday she decided she wanted to be free for one night. However that night, her life was changed forever. She was attacked by two men but before they took everything from her she was saved by a stranger. That "nameless" stranger gave her a taste of freedom along with her first and very consuming kiss. Yet as soon as it began it ended and he vanished.
