3.5 stars. I liked it quite a bit when I read it a month ago, but less so as I look back; it was compelling and suspenseful, but I wasn't keen on the ending.

I was at a 3 star most the book then the final couple chapters really grabbed me. This author is very wordy, which was distracting at times.
