I liked "I'll Give You the Sun" but it wasn't an easy read, more a patience exercise. This is a book you can’t rush reading, sometimes it can be quite difficult to distinguish reality from imagination and it can be a bit frustrating but, if you have patience and time you won’t be disappointed by the splendid story.

"…what is bad for the heart, is good for art."
This book has left me with mixed feelings, but I did like it for the most part. More than I thought I would. The use of constant metaphors made it hard to distinguish "imagination" and "reality" when it came to Noah and his artistic/abstract daydreaming. I did however, really like the relationship between the twins, Noah and Jude; the good, the bad, and everything in between. They had this whole "us against the world" concept ...more

AMAZING, PERFECT, I RECOMMEND 10/10
Okay so when I began reading this I expected a typically shitty teen drama romance. But oh ho was I wrong. This was far more emotional than I had signed up for. I kept switching my favorite character and by the end of each chapter yelled to my sister that I didn't want to stop reading from their point of view. I got quite invested in this book.
