Perhaps I was misled by the title of the book and by the plot description –the history of a love born in turbulent times and lost because of war and distance. A story that began in Poland in the 1930s and that would continue for the upcoming decades. The story of a love so strong, so passionate, that it endured.
This is what I expected, but in the end did not get, and to be honest, I do not know what I exactly read.

Compré este libro hace dos años y lo había empezado dos veces sin que lograra atraparme la historia. Una vez que pasé de la mitad, todo fue más fluido y pude encontrar mejor las conexiones entre los personajes.
