I have been putting off reading this since I bought it. I have a love/hate relationship with books dubbed to be extremely depressing. I buy them thinking I'll be fine and the amazing characters I'll read will be worth it, and finish them thinking never again. I know I'll break this rule soon, but for now, I'm on a strict all happy and urban fantasy novels diet. This book was just that sad.
