What Members Thought

Very good book. I loved the subject of anthropologists. It is interesting how the author keeps the focus solely on the three main characters. You never see the landscape or the village, which at first bothered me, but then I gave up trying to see the setting and just saw Nell, Fen and Bankson for that brief but pivotal time in their lives. Recommend and I want to read more about Margaret Mead.

Made me think I need to do a little research on Margaret Mead's actual history with the two male anthropologists. The story was interesting and gave a new insight in to the history of the area and the field of anthropology in it's youth.
