I would easily have passed this over on my own. I'm so glad that I didn't. It's a very moving story about identity and guilt and love and dystopia all set in North Korea. The matter of fact presentation of the horrific experiences these people have to go through was unreal. There were absolutely moments that brought me very close to tears (finding out the fate of The Captain is the biggest stand out).
