I found this a very fast and engaging read and I learned a lot about childhood abuse and how it impacts the adults those children become. Loved how clearly his personality and zest for life came through his words.
I gave this book 4 stars but it's actually somewhere between a 3.5 and 3.75. I really enjoyed it but wasn't blown away by it. I remember seeing Alan Cumming in Circle of Friends for the first time and thinking that he was a brilliant actor. Although I haven't followed his career actively, I've always enjoyed him in everything I've seen him in.
