Some of this is hard and some of this is easy. Exercise six days a week. That part is easy. But then the breakdown: 4 days of serious aerobic exercise and 2 days of serious strength training. That is a little more difficult. Only drink one alcoholic drink daily. Since I only drink once or twice a week I have no problem. However other friends have to pay more attention to what they drink and how much and it's not always easy. Spend less than you make. I'm still working on that. Quit
